Weshaw is pleased to announce the launch of its latest PVC Calender Production Line. This high-performance system achieves a stable output of 1000–1100 kg/h, integrating state-of-the-art extrusion and calendering technologies. It delivers superior operational stability, energy efficiency, and product precision, thereby establishing a new benchmark for the PVC manufacturing sector.
1- Advanced Process Setup
The production line initiates with a 315 Twin Parallel Extruder, boasting high torque and efficient plasticization to deliver stable, uniform material discharge. The molten material then flows through a Screen Exchanger, ensuring extrusion purity by eliminating impurities, prior to entering the T-Die—equipped to enable uniform distribution and precise regulation of sheet thickness.
Subsequently, the molten PVC undergoes shaping and smoothing via a 3-Roller Calender, yielding exceptional transparency, surface luster, and dimensional precision. The Under Lamination Roller facilitates optional film lamination for decorative or protective applications, while the 8-meter Cooling Frame enables rapid, uniform cooling—preserving optimal flatness and mechanical robustness.
The downstream segment comprises Trim Cutting, a Traction Unit, and a Plate Cutting Unit—all working in tandem to guarantee accurate dimensioning and consistent line performance. Concluding the process, a Winding Unit neatly winds the finished PVC sheets or films, facilitating convenient handling, packaging, and warehousing.
