The PP woven bag cutting and sewing machine is suitable for producing various types of bags, including cement bags, fertilizer bags, flour bags, feed bags, sugar bags, and rice bags. With an integrated workflow system, one operator can complete multiple processes including bag feeding, cutting, edge folding, sewing, thread cutting, counting, and material collection.
One of the key advantages of this machine is its high production efficiency. The machine runs at a speed of 35–55 bags per minute, which significantly improves productivity compared to traditional semi-automatic machines. The automatic alignment system improves cutting stability, while the pneumatic feeding system ensures smooth material feeding and stable operation for different bag thicknesses.
In terms of machine durability, the machine structure is made of welded Q235 steel plates, ensuring stable operation and long service life. The hot cutting blades are made of H13 die steel, which provides long blade life, reduces replacement frequency, and minimizes smoke and pollution during operation. The conveyor belt is oil-resistant and wear-resistant, which extends the service life of the machine.
The machine also supports single folded edge sewing and double folded edge sewing, making it suitable for different production requirements. With PLC control system and user-friendly operation interface, the machine is easy to operate and maintain.
