The lamination machine adopts one extruder with two die heads design, which improves production efficiency while ensuring uniform coating quality. It is widely used for producing laminated woven fabric for cement bags, fertilizer bags, rice bags, flour bags, chemical bags, and other packaging bags that require moisture-proof and high-strength performance.
High Efficiency Lamination System
The machine is equipped with two die heads and a lamination width of up to 1060 mm, with a composite width range of 300–800 mm. The composite line speed can reach 30–200 m/min, which ensures high production capacity and stable lamination performance.
The screw length-to-diameter ratio is 30:1, providing stable plasticizing performance and uniform extrusion coating. The main motor power is 22 kW, ensuring strong and stable operation during long production runs.

Stable Traction and Winding System
The six-roller traction machine uses mirror rollers, silicone rollers, and water-pressing rollers to ensure strong lamination bonding and smooth surface quality. The traction system uses frequency converters for speed control, and the composite line speed can reach 30–180 m/min.
The winding machine uses air pressure backrest retraction and automatic roll changing system, improving production efficiency and reducing manual operation.
Accurate Edge Cutting and Tension Control
The edge cutting machine uses round knife edge cutting to ensure neat fabric edges. The tension control system adopts automatic constant tension control and ultrasonic deviation correction system, ensuring stable material feeding and precise alignment during production.
