SPC LVT Flooring Recycling Line
01 Single Shaft Shredder
Single shaft shredder is suitable for handing all kinds of solid body materials,
winding materials, plastic containers , tubes, material,fiber, paper, household waste,
scrape wire and cable, wood, tray, etc.
02 Vertical Crusher
Transport crushed materials into the buffer silo.
03 Rotary miller
Material is coming in,being milled to a final size of 1mm;
More than 1mm material will return to the rotary miller.
The final result will be transferred by the cyclone system into the vibrating sieve until pass the 1mm mesh size.
04.Storage Silo
Crusher materials comes into the silo.
05 Buffer Silo
Crusher materials comes into the silo. Tank volume is bigger than the flow of the material on the screw conveyor.
06 Belt Conveyor
Transports materials into the crusher during the production.
Automatic feeding method,to save labor cost.
Including Max angle is 40,
ensure the entering design without any issues.
Equip with the lateral fences along with the belt conveyor at the both side.
07 Vertical Crusher
Vertical crusher is suitable for concentrated powder. Broken pipe, profiles, plates and other thick head materials,materials, Packaging materials, containers, sheets, rods, cables, etc. Pllastic products such as home appliance shells and car bumpers.
