The NSP – 600 horizontal crusher is developed by introducing advanced plastic product crushing principles from Germany. It is suitable for crushing various materials such as PVC, PE, PP, ABS, PC, PET, and films. It has been widely used in the plastic recycling and regeneration industry.
The crusher body is constructed from high-grade steel through precision welding, ensuring exceptional resistance to fractures and wear.
The base features a square steel welded frame structure, providing reliable stability and durability.
The upper and lower body sections are connected via hinges. By loosening the fastening bolts and rotating the screw mechanism, the upper housing can be lifted, facilitating quick cleaning, knife replacement, screen mesh changes, and movable blade gap adjustments.
Featuring a uniquely designed large feed inlet and dual-layer sound insulation for reduced noise operation.
The lightweight, high-capacity motor utilizes a magnetic starter for smooth 启动 (starting) control, adhering to time-based principles for optimized starting current characteristics and simplified structure.
The standard screen mesh features a 12mm aperture size. Custom specifications are available upon request.
